I am a Mental Health Therapist working with individuals and couples, My specialty is working with ADHD, in adolescents and professional adults. I also work with anxiety, depression and the symptoms associated.
My practice is eclectic and person centered revolving around positive behavioral changes, attitudinal awareness, solution and process focused. I may use techniques from other modalities such as CBT, DBT, play therapy, EFT, existential therapy. I offer support and understanding in times of distress and with the symptoms you may be experiencing.
